Your Responsibilities:
Our guarantee applies to materials and workmanship within our control.
In order to exercise the guarantee you are required to:
- Apply all reasonable measures to protect the products against damage,
- Follow our maintenance recommendations, and
- Implement generally accepted standards of care and maintenance.
Metals and glass can be scratched and damaged irreparably through mechanical action, inappropriate cleaning materials or processes, chemical or other sprays. Some moving parts and other components require ongoing maintenance and are subject to wear and tear.
You must take all reasonable measures to protect the products from damage and to ensure all components are properly maintained. Our guarantee cannot be applied to damage caused to the products that is outside of our control, and does not apply to normal wear and tear. |
