Tubelok’s touch can be seen in the finishes of this luxury development, a stone’s throw from the water in one of Perth’s most exclusive suburbs. 

The project made extensive use of large glass panels complemented by a unique, rectangular, polished stainless steel handrail. 

Balustrade designs project class while enabling residents to take full advantage of stunning views over the river and pool. Fencing designs provide structure and shape to the exclusive garden and pool area. 

Various designs were used including: large cantilevered glass panes with stainless steel patch fittings against stone retaining walls, small glass sheets set into painted concrete retaining walls, and combinations of glass and rectangular stainless steel handrails to complement balustrade designs.
